Get started in three steps.

  1. Download and install MAXKO Support on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  2. Open it from your desktop or Start menu. Sign in with the email and password for your company workspace. New staff first use the private activation link from their admin.
  3. Choose Online, enable your notification preferences, and click Join chat when a customer arrives.

Closing the window keeps the app running in the system tray. Choose Quit from the tray menu to exit. It needs an internet connection and cannot receive alerts while fully quit, signed out, or while the PC is asleep.
